I grew up making multimedia artworks, refining my eye for color, composition, and visual harmony.

I earned a BA from Wellesley College, majoring in Studio Art.

My desire to understand the strategic drivers of successful businesses led me to complete an MBA at Boston University.

I was particularly interested in learning more about customers through a mixture of qualitative feedback and analytics.

Working on multi-channel digital content across websites, email marketing, social media, and more, I gained expertise in creating user flows and clickpaths designed to convert.

I started my own e-commerce business, a sandbox  for independently managing end-to-end customer experiences.

Today, I am the sole UX Researcher supporting a team of Product Designers at a healthcare SaaS company.

I am completing a Master of Science in Human Factors in Information Design at Bentley University, where I learn something new every day.
